Just waterweight girlfriend!! -- I'd put shorts on when I get on those scales -- it would give you an extra pound I bet -- haaaa!!

Hang in there, sweetie. You are eating healthy and that in itself is so important. The scales will start to drop - I'm sure. God be with you in this effort to be more healthy.

I had to get a milkshake at Chick fil a tonight after I had to contort my body to get up in the twisty slide with Maggie. I NEEDED it.
