That's what I call being prepared...

Last week when Kylie and I went to visit Beth and her girls Kylie was spoiled. I guess I had it coming because I always had something for Anah and Sera when we went to visit them...

In addition to two pairs of shoes (the pink cowgirl boots and a pair of "ruby red slippers"), and a sparkly red purse, they also bought her a stroller for her baby. Kylie was elated to be able to push her baby around the house the first night! She's been paying more attention to her baby, insisting on sharing her cheerios and milk and providing lots of hugs and kisses. I've even found that Kylie pushing her baby around the grocery store is more manageable than keeping her on track with her mini-carts, so baby has made several small grocery runs in her pink stroller.

What cracks me up is Kylie the morning after our first grocery store run. I guess I have a future girl scout (always be prepared) on my hands because she must have feared we'd be gone a longer time on our next run. She got baby prepared for the day...

"Don't worry baby, I have plenty of snack cups, bowls, and sippy cups in case you get hungry or thirsty"
Look closely, baby's feet are sticking out of the bottom ~ the poor thing is still under there!

"And just in case you want me to read you a story..." ~ That would be a history of China book!
And yes, baby's feet are still visible...

Instead of overloading the diaper bag like her mama, she just piles it on top of baby. What a hoot!

What a hoot! She is ready for any circumstance. Smart little "cookie", of course! Beth and her girls do give the best gifts...Kylie loves all of them. What a blessing to have wonderful friends!
