As a family we've always 'done right' by the big holidays and birthdays.
The 'lesser holidays?'
Not so much.
But a few years ago we really began realizing just how true 'the days are long but the years are short' is and began slowly stepping up our holiday game.
Then Covid happened.
And we began to embrace celebrating 'the little things' even more.
Pinterest often makes me feel like an under-accomplished mom.

But it can provide a myriad of 'easily re-creatable' themed dinner ideas.
And we could all use a little more hearts on Valentine's Day, right?
Toss in a few 'Love day-theme 'minute to win it games (also Pinterest) and it became quite the celebration!
We may have been home (some of us in pajamas) but we did have fun!
