On December 18, 2010, we pulled together a bunch of ingredients and these cuties assisted in mixing and baking a single batch of four types of Christmas cookies.
We didn't realize it at the time, but that day a M8 tradition was born.
And we were such amateurs...
Today we took the ingredients from this table...

| oh you know, just 16 eggs, 18 1/2 sticks of butter, 9 cups of granulated sugar, 4 cups of brown sugar, 9 cups of confectioner's sugar, 16 ounces of cream cheese, 26 1/2 cups of flour and a few various other things... |
...and with a few hours and a few volunteers turned them into six double batches of our favorite Christmas cookies to share.
It may be *a bit* chaotic, but life sure is sweet at our house around Christmas...
