How good is our God?
We were told it could be up to six hours; in one and a half Dr Emani had scrubbed out and was meeting with us. Again, a textbook surgery!
We should be able to see him within the hour. They may not wake him up fully until tomorrow to slowly wean him off additional oxygen, but things look about as good as they can get right now for hopes of being able to have a full heart repair down the road.
As soon as he's feeling well enough to give his megawatt smile or his precocious stink eye (pictured here on his two year adoption day earlier this month) I'll share!
