and the winner is...

A couple of weeks ago I told y'all about Sweet Moon Baby, a book that has quickly earned a regular rotation in our daily reading here at the M6 house.

And since we enjoyed it so much, we wanted to give away a copy while helping to spread the word about this sweet story.  Thanks to those of you who shared about it in your own social media, liked the link to Sweet Moon Baby on Amazon, and for those of you that offered suggestions on your own favorites.  Many of the titles are ones that are new to me, so I'm looking forward to adding to our reading repertoire.

Tonight was the night to select the winner.

(Yes, I know that there are random number generators.  But I don't know how to work them and tonight I was too tired to try to figure it out...)

Besides, the old fashioned way got the girls involved.  DQ took her job of shaking all the neatly folded entries very seriously!

I wish I could have given copies to everyone who entered!  Just take my advice, you're probably going to want to add it to your collection yourself.  As my friend Julie over at Cat, Dog, Babies said, "Ella’s birthday is coming up so I will just buy her a copy if one of you gets lucky instead :)"

This is a sweet, fanciful story that can become a conversation starter about adoption in so many ways.  I hope it is as productive in your home as it has already been in ours.
