This morning there was relative calm in the house for over an hour. Around 30 minutes was spent like this...
It restored my spirits for the day (another story for another post...).

And then what happened? It couldn't end just like that, could it?? :P
Actually, it did. I had the wisdom to go in a few minutes later and ask Kylie if she wanted to go back to the kids museum for a few hours (cold and forecast for rain today). She said yes, he jumped up to go get his shoes, and we left happily! Rare morning in our house...
In fact, now that I think about it, I don't recall them having a real fight all day today!

It's just a sweet picture - I'm sure it's hard to deal with the fighting every day - maybe this will be the "norm" from now on?!
You know our day was some what like that too! Maybe there is always a calm after a storm?? Hoping for a week of calm to balance out the week of storms :)
That is just the most beautiful sight imaginable. How I love those two precious children. So glad your day went well.
