Oh well...

...that didn't go quite the way I had planned!


I actually ate well this week and have started using the elliptical machine every other day. Hopefully next week the dreaded number will go down and not follow this trend! (I honestly tried to think about ways I could fake my weight, but decided to go with before bed wearing jeans to give a real comparison from last week). Maybe part of it was all the yummy food we ate at the Kabob Grill (one of my and Ian's favorite local Mediterranean resteraunts ~ luckily Kylie totally loved it too! She ate tabbouleh like it was going out of style!) to celebrate my birthday tonight. The good news is that despite the scale heading the wrong direction, I'm starting to have more energy again. That is my real goal!

So, my weight is up a pound or so this week as well. I think we're experiencing a period of extreme gravitational pull. :>

I think I gained weight too. I have got to start weighing in too! I think I am going to start weight watchers agian. I saw myself in a store window the other day and thought "who is that?" I didn't recognize myself anymore. :(
