The Pioneer Woman's chocolate cake with Nutella ganache is one of his favorite things.  
I guess a bonus of celebrating your birthday nearly six months late is that you get cake twice.  
And he's had this cake both times...

So glad my big boy, "the rock climbing scrambler," got to finally be celebrated for his 10th birthday today. Thanks for being patient buddy...I hope it was worth the wait! I love you more than all the hand and footholds on the climbing walls. 
And even more than you love that chocolate cake...
