As we were driving to Shannon's to walk to school this morning, I remembered that Nat was supposed to have 100 of something counted out and taken to school to celebrate 100's day. (Of course I had done this far ahead of time for the other four back when they were in kindy and 100's Day was supreme). Frantic for an idea, I remembered a quart sized ziplock bag of pennies mom handed me out of her car window the last time she was leaving. Thankfully they stayed in the van until today.
Nat and I counted pennies on our walk this morning and both of our pockets are full of change.
Who knew a combo of Grandma cleaning out her car and me being too lazy to clean out mine would save 100s day?
