Incredulous response of the evening, "WHAT??? You and Daddy AREN'T Chinese?"
Then said child turns to my mom, "What about you Grandma? You ARE Chinese, aren't you?"

BACKSTORY: Tonight we went to celebrate Caleb's Gotcha Day at his very favorite place, Dim Sum House. Though we hadn't been since DQ's birthday in March, the waiter immediately recognized us, even mentioning that it had been about half a year and we were celebrating a birthday then. He warmly welcomed us back.
The kids were amazed that he remembered us so clearly and I took the moment to remind them that was why we always ask them to be on their best behavior...we do stick out of the crowd a little.
"You know, there are five of you and you're all Chinese. And Daddy and I aren't."
