It seemed fitting to celebrate both her birthday today and her Irish heritage with a meal of corned beef, cabbage, mashed potatoes and carrots...
and chocolate cake for dessert didn't hurt any.
Glad to have been together to celebrate a monumental birthday. Both boys in their bedtime prayers thanked Jesus that Grandma got to have cake with us this year. Happy birthday to my kind, generous, and loving "mother-in-love!"
