Will you join us?

**Sweet, sweet friends of ours are fighting what has seemed an endless battle to get their children home.  Please, please read Deb's latest post (below) and join us from where you are tonight to petition the heavens to have their family united.  I'm posting a picture of their family together (taken back in October when they last saw the children).  Them together is what we are praying for ~ it's TIME!!!**

"Holy War

We got word from our agency last night that it seems we've hit yet another dead end in our adoption process.  It has now been six months since we held Raji and Mahlia in our arms, with no end in sight.

God's word tells us our battle is not against flesh and blood:
[For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.]  Ephesians 6:12

There are either ten or twelve children, often referred to as the Gimbi 10 or 12, who started the orphanage where Raji and Mahlia spent their early years.  Every child, with the exception of our two are now home - and have been home for MONTHS - with their forever families.  For that I am grateful.  But now I am sick and tired of the enemy messing with my kids.  They need to come home.

Fueling my anger today is the fact the enemy has also been popping up lately in the adoption process of our friends here who are adopting R & M's friend G.  I am so fed up with all of this, tonight I am declaring all out holy war for these three children.

If you are able to come to our house tonight, starting at 7 P.M., we'll be praying for God to intervene on behalf of Raji, Mahlia and G.  We'll have an endless supply of coffee on hand and we invite you to come and do battle with us, no matter what time you can get here.  If you cannot join us, we'd certainly appreciate your prayers from afar.  Please pray for God to show himself in a mighty way in the lives of these 3 little ones.  Please pray for Him to intercede and unite our families once and for all.

Please feel free to link to my blog entry in any way you like.  Please share with everyone who will pray and together we'll storm the heavens.

[Therefore I stationed some of the people behind the lowest points of the wall at the exposed places, posting them by families, with their swords, spears and bows.  After I looked things over, I stood up and said to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people, "Don't be afraid of them.  Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your families, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.]  Nehemiah 4: 13-14

**If you've been reading here for a while, you may remember me asking for prayer back in December for the Ethiopian side of their adoption process both here and here.  And here is a link to Deb's blog if you want to read more of their story.  Thank you for praying along with us!  And if you are, please leave a comment so they can see how they are loved by the adoption community across the country.  I know it will do their hearts good.**
