Shepherds, Wise Men and...Race Cars?

When I was on a family trip to England years ago we went to see a modernized version of Romeo and Juliet.  They drove a Corvette out on stage to use for transportation.

Apparently one of my kids aspires to modernize the nativity.

I should contact Disney now and see if it's too late to rewrite the storyboard for the upcoming sequel to Cars...

Too funny!

We also have the FP nativity-- but I think we must have the "old" version-- I like your palm trees, donkey cart, etc. :)

Soo funny! Our guys must have read the same memo. Check out my blog, Elijah did the same thing with our Nativity set. A boy thing for sure!

I love that Lightning McQueen is worshipping at Jesus' feet! LOL

It sure beats riding on a donkey! Maybe they can call the new movie "We 3 Kings and McQueen." I love that kid.

Caleb, you are so creative. McQueen looks good at the manger.

Who knew Lighting McQueen was a Christian? Makes me appreciate him even more!

Love the car! Our baby Jesus resides where the angel is suppose to go. And the manger and everyone with it just stays in our little shopping cart. Will just pushes them from room to room. Not sure what that means, but at least he always has them with him??
