Got tutus?

My friend Cindy sure does!

2000 of them to be exact.  The casual observer may be tempted to think that Cindy and her built in labor crew girls are in over their heads in tulle.  Maybe they are crazy?

And the short answer is yes.  Yes they are crazy.  But not for the reason you may think.  Rather they are crazy for a little girl, yet to be revealed to them, who will be named Mary Kate.  (Or Sunday if Caroline gets her way...)

We met Cindy and crew in February 2007 on the trip that brought us Kylie.  Despite the fact that she got married the year I was a sophomore in high school and she already had parenting three kids under her belt, we found that we had a lot in common and a beautiful friendship began to blossom while gasping for air hiking back down the Great Wall.
I was thrilled when I realized that she and her family lived a mere 1 1/2 hours away from 'my people' in Western Ohio, so since that time every visit I've made to my extended family has included at least 24 hours with hers.  She and I have sat up long after all the kids and even our hubbies have fallen asleep on those visits and shared our hearts.  One thing that's come up EVERY time?

Her heart's desire to return to China for the child that God has imprinted in her heart.  I've had my own dreams, I understand that call!  And Cindy and Jon have prayed and now finally believe that God is nudging them to start the journey.

Enter 2000 tutus.   They are just opening up the website.  I have two princesses in my life that I know will LOVE to twirl in a creation all their own.  I just can't wait to sit down with them and let them customize a  colorful tutu from all the possibilities.

Chances are that you have a little princess in your life too ~ maybe not a daughter, but a niece, grand-daughter or friend?  Christmas is coming and a tutu can easily fill a stocking!

Okay, I won't hold it against you...because I know TWO boys are gonna give you some gray hair of your own. ;)

Thanks, girlie, for spreading the word! Yeah, DUH, I didn't think about that with the three faves! I'm SO dumb! I'll change that on the blog tonight.

Love ya!
