Growing up beside Dip

Ice cream at the Calabash Creamery is a big part of our beach vacations.

2010 ~ Darcy wearing Kylie's dress from last year.  I think these were my favorite dresses EVER
Thanks again Lynn for finding enough fabric to make a second one, I hate you are no longer sewing for fundraising!
So is picture taking with the creamery's mascots.

these two clowns wouldn't cooperate in front of Dip together in 2009
Kinda fun to mark yearly growth beside Dip the calf.

2008
Both height growth and number of kiddos!

 2007
Course now that there are five, we'll have to start using Scoop instead...

I LOVE this post! This is what I miss the most about not sewing anymore. The girls look adorable and I so love how Caleb matches too! (I am still sewing a tiny bit for fundraising. In a couple of days I will be listing an Olivia top at www.ajoyfulheartshay.com and I will be listing some other things on my blog soon to raise money for the little one that we sponsor through Grace & Hope for Children)

And by they way, that's the cleanest looking calf I've ever seen! LOL

I WANT THAT DRESS!! Can you share where you got them? I love the growth pictures- it's just amazing to see what happens in a year. It's sometimes hard to see when you're looking at them every day! :)

ADORABLE!
I love those babies so much! You will never guess what I did this afternoon. I checked to see if "River Shoals" was available for Labor Day! I would so love another getaway with the Millers! Alas, it was not. We will plan another weekend for sure! (don't you like how I asked you if yall were free Labor Day? ;)
Our fall is crystal clear now! (except for soccer games!)
Maybe October?
Thank you for your prayers and for your faith family's prayers and your adoption group's prayers and everybody's! It means so much, and we are all STILL standing firm!
Love,
Laine

Yeah, I'm having dress envy myself. I adore that photo of them with Dip. Just stinking cute. Oh, Darcy, you're soooooo sweet. Kylie's grown so much...oh, how our girls have grown so much already. I can hardly believe it's going on FOUR years. How ever can that be? And then Caleb, the little imp...you remind me of Mickey with a little Abby thrown in. What a treasure you are!

Ice cream and the beach just seem to go together! It is so fun to document the growth of the children by how tall they are next to Scoop and Dip. Pray this tradition goes on for years to come! Can't imagine five more beautiful children.
