Midnight (actually around 3am) snacks

Word to the wise for anyone traveling across the International Date Line soon with young children.

"Peanut butter, bagels, and Chef Boyardee microwavable bowls (just fill up the sink with boiling water from your hot pot to warm them) ARE your friends in the wee hours of the morning!"

TRUST ME!!!

(Pictures from 3:30 am on our Friday morning with two VERY hungry kids)

Aww, it must be hard to adjust to the time difference at such a young age. I wonder how Darcy will do once home but I am sure you have tricks up your sleeve from already being through it!

I am loving reading all the updates and so thankful you chose to share with everyone!

They are amazingly chipper to be hungry in the middle of their sleep:-)

Wow, why didn't I think of peanut butter and bagels? Would have been so much better that cereal bars when we were rushing to catch flights and missed the breakfast buffets. And the way you heated the Chef Boyardee is pure genius! If I ever go to China again...

I hope you all adjust to the time change before the peanut butter runs out.
