Evening wear ~ OUR style

Caleb chooses to redefine the term "East meets West." He just makes me smile...
Note for Caleb when you are 16:
You loved your "red couch silk outfit" and so we decided that you could wear them as pajamas. And wear them you did! Nearly every night you'd request your "sihks," and you'd usually ask Kylie to wear hers too! And then there was your love for furry red monsters and fast race cars...

And Kylie puts a new twist on gowns. She is my "practical girly-girl!"
Note for Kylie when you are 16:
You just had to wear a gown but didn't want your legs to be cold. So you came up with this and several other fun combinations of your "Tawberry Tortcake ni-gown" and pajama pants.
Oh... and sweetie... those "too short pajama bottoms" fit you just fine back in February. I have pictures to prove it. Really! Man you grow fast!

GET OUT. That nightgown that Kylie has on? Caroline owns its twin. Only I didn't buy it. It was a hand-me-down from a friend! Destined to be matchies...no pants, though.

But Caleb...that adorable little trendsetter is one of a kind!

I mean seriously. These could be pictures that you took at MY house! Except with your kids. My 12 year old still does this! And I'm not really one to talk because I do it too!

They DO grow so fast don't they?

Love, love, love the outfits. Talk about growing fast, just wait until Caleb no longer wears a shirt to bed. {sigh} I also love the Kylie is most definitely posing for her photo. What is that on the wall behind her?

Oh, my adorable grandchildren. I love that they both have their own "style" and that they are allowed to explore those ideas.
I could just reach into the computer and squeeze both of them.

This one made me chuckle. And the Tongginator? Is right now wearing a very similar outfit. Only she already got dressed for the day. And yes, we are heading to church. Some days? It's just not worth it. Heh.

They have the best sense of style! Maybe it's a good idea to keep that style for bedtime though :0)
