Ten years ago today I stood in front of God, nearly all my relatives, and many of my friends, slipped my hands into Ian's, and promised to love and stand by him for the rest of my life.
Today I watched those hands keep one of our children safe while allowing him to enjoy the view at the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone
and watched those arms carry a slightly unsure one across a field of sagebrush to view an antelope on Blacktail Deer Plateau.
And I realized that for the past ten years I've walked most of my steps with my hand his or with one of those strong arms around my waist. He's been there for me both in a physical presence and as an emotional support every day. We've had so many joyous times together, but we've also faced our share of sorrows. He has made the good times sweeter and the tough times bearable. I'm blessed beyond measure!
We've had some wonderful adventures throughout the first ten years we've been husband and wife, and I really can't wait to see what the next ten hold!
Hey honey, "I do all over again!"

Happy Anniversary! It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since I stood there as a bridesmaid (pregnant with Adam) witnessing the two of you become husband and wife. You're a beautiful couple.
Happy 10th Anniversary! You and Ian are so blessed to have found each other. I'll never forgot how you wrote once how amazing it was that God brought 3 perfect strangers together (now 4, soon to be 5)!! Enjoy your vacation.... I'm lovin' your entries!
