An ice cream cone

Funny how you can give two kids a small ice cream cone from McDonald's and get two totally different faces back!

First we have Ky, she's always been a fast ~ back in her bottle days she could down an 8 ounce of her steaming hot formula/rice powder sludge in less than two minutes ~ but neat eater.
I suppose the speed at which she consumed her ice cream prevented issues with melting. Just one tiny touch of mess on her chin.

Caleb on the other hand? While they are alike in many ways, they are COMPLETE opposites in eating. He's snail pace slow and, well, there's no way to say how NOT NEAT of an eater he is. Pictures say it best ~ you can check out a few spaghetti faces here, here and here.
Why would we expect anything different with ice cream? He savored each lick, even those running between his little fingers.

For the record, even Caleb recognizes how messy he is. When he saw these two pictures he had a different reaction to each. To Kylie's he said, "i team Mom-mee" (ice cream Mommy) and to his he said, "mea Mom-mee, mea!" (mess Mommy, mess!" So if he recognizes the mess is there hope that one day he'll be a touch neater?

I wouldn't expect it to get better any time soon. Remember me giving Andrew the spit bath? :)

Lets hope, huh? My Natalie is a messy eater still although she is better than she used to be. I'm more like Kylie...why waste time getting that stuff in my mouth!

They say that the first step to recovery is acknowledging that there is a problem.

I just didn't see what the problem is. I think he looks very handsome in white!
